‘MPE 3’ (Medium) PC Enclosure

The 'MPE 3' PC Enclosure is available in 3 sizes: Small, Medium and Large. Each is width adjustable, which enables the Enclosure to accommodate a wide range of legacy and current machines on the market today. Replacing your machine doesn’t necessarily mean you have to change your Enclosure, just alter the width to suit!

The ‘MPE 3’ PC Enclosure is ideal for anyone who uses multiple machines as it can adjust to hold up to 2 machines.

At Morce, we believe that a 2-machine set up increases cyber security: one offline machine with sensitive files, and one online machine connected to the internet for emailing & surfing etc. It’s very easy to transfer files from one machine to the other on a memory stick when needed. There is no reason why every machine should be connected to the internet all of the time! However, security software (If installed) usually recommends reasonably regular connection for updates. Other software can benefit from updates, but we find that machines that are connected 24/7 often fall foul of updates: just as you have a machine working well, an update happens that often leads to a series of problems that can last weeks! Morce offices operate with a 2-machine set up, and it’s great to have no software update problems on your main business machine when you switch it on in the morning. Our IT team only have to manually install necessary security updates instead of fixing daily problems.

The ‘MPE 3’ PC Enclosure is constructed from a high-grade steel and powder coated to prevent corrosion, this gives it a sleek look underneath your desk. It has been designed to dramatically slow down thieves and act as a deterrent, hopefully safe guarding your machine/s.

The ‘MPE 3’ PC Enclosure has been designed to allow large airflow for the operation of your machine/s. Machines require good airflow to operate correctly and if they don’t receive good airflow the processing speed will slow, and the machine can be damaged beyond repair.

The ‘MPE 3’ has been designed by IT specialists and allows for good access for functionality and connectivity points.

The ‘MPE 3’ is front loading and has a ‘Retaining strap set’ & ‘Height stops’ to keep your machine where it should be. The locking point is situated at the back of the enclosure, 2 nuts and bolts are supplied as standard, which can be used for low level security and certainly stops opportunist thieves, but use a Padlock for increased security – view our range of Padlocks.

The ‘MPE 3’ PC Enclosure has a raised shelf that lifts your machine/s away from the floor and decreases the dust that it takes in through the fans, but allows lower cooler air to circulate through your machine/s.

The 'MPE 3' screws to the underside of your desk. The feet are adjustable to accommodate a range of desk heights from 670mm to 750mm (Floor to underside).

The cost of having a machine stolen is not just the replacement cost of the machine, but all the software, licenses, data and hours, weeks or even months of effort installing everything and getting it back to the configuration that it was.
